'Migrant Women Culture Creator Program' Holds Basic Course Completion Ceremony

WORLD RIGHTS held the completion ceremony for the 'Basic Course of the Migrant Women Culture Creator Program' on Saturday, August 29, in Meeting Room 1 at the Seoul Public Activities Center.

The ceremony was held to celebrate the growth of four participants who successfully completed the full five-week program, including their 30-minute practice lectures, and to support them as they take their next steps as cultural instructors. Each graduate received a certificate of completion and a commemorative gift.

In the final program satisfaction survey conducted during the ceremony, all four participants responded “Very Satisfied” when asked about their overall satisfaction with the Basic Course. One participant shared, “I learned how to plan and prepare a class on my own, and I gained confidence as an instructor.” Another meaningful outcome of the program was that participants discovered the possibility of transforming their own culture and experiences into educational content that could be shared with others.

All four graduates also expressed their intention to continue their learning by joining the five-week Advanced Course, which begins on September 12. Their decision reflected a strong desire to further develop the class content they created during the Basic Course and turn it into real-world teaching opportunities.

A WORLD RIGHTS representative stated, “Over the past five weeks, we had the opportunity to closely witness each participant transform their own culture and experiences into a class of their own. After a week to recharge, we will continue supporting them through the Advanced Course so they can further develop their content and grow into cultural instructors who can confidently lead classes in real-world settings.”
